Campfire!

We decided to have a cookout. It was fun. We roasted hot dogs and marshmallows. We had fun. Sobaka really wanted us to drop all our food on the ground for him!

Search for the perfect swing

First we had a piece of wood tied with a rope. It was only ok for those if the small patootie persuation.

Jessica wanted to try this mattress as a swing. It worked ok, but had the bad habit of falling down every now and then. It also catered to the small of patootie.

Jessica tried to make a hammock, but it ripped completely in half, spilling Jessica onto the ground.

We then found a big tire and made a tire swing. Sobaka kept trying to kill the swing, but it is too big for him!

Hannah's 10th Birthday

Wosie Wenee Wodnina Wat

Many of you may remember that Rosie gave me a rat for Christmas. I named her Wosie Wenee Wodnina Wat. She was such a tiny little thing with huge feet. I thought I'd show you what she looks like now, a mere 4 months later. She is no longer tiny, but a big tub-o-lard. (I'm so proud!) She still loves to hang out in my....um...upper level undergarment. She is also a big weenie. Poor thing! She is pretty sweet, however, and loves to lick my lips (and up my nose, but I don't let her!).

When everyone got home from church, there was a treasure map on the table. Who put it there? We set off to discover what treasure there was to be found.
