My Computer Died!

Well, I think my computer died. I believe my hard drive is riddled with viruses. I may be able to get a new one from a friend. I'll update you on how that goes. For now I am using the library's computer to update this for you.

Strawberry Gives Birth!

On June 14th, Hannah came running to tell everyone that Strawberry was giving birth under her and Rosie's bunk bed. As we came into the room, it was obvious she was. There were the cutest and squeakiest little mews coming from under the bed. She had given birth to one so far. We were able to watch her give birth to quite a few more. By the time Strawberry was done, she had given birth to eight babies. One, unfortunately, was stillborn (#7). That kitten was named Violet and buried in the animal graveyard. The rest are doing well and starting to show some definite personality. Sobaka was very interested in what was going on in Rosie and Hannah's room. He got very upset when he was unceremoniously thrown from the room.

We had to move the babies and Strawberry since she had them under a bed. We moved them to a box with blankets that is on the table. They will be safe from Mr. Dumb Head there. This kitty posed for a picture while being transfered.

The cuties one day later. RJ is going to be able to get one for his birthday (June 16th). He wants a boy and there are a few boys to choose from. One is the orange one, (who is lovingly called "The Orange One") who seems to be active and fiesty. He has already gotten in hitting matches with one of his other siblings over "eating spots". Another one is one that is affectionately called "Number Three". He seems to be very lazy and content. :)
